Entrants must be financial members of the NORTHERN ALASKAN MALAMUTE CLUB at the time of the show. Where a dog or bitch is jointly owned, all owners must be financial members of the club at the time of the show Application for points must be made in writing to the Show Points Secretary, giving the name, date of the Show, judge's name and In Show Judge's name if applicable, and listing all Malamutes entered, and their places Show results must be received by the Show Points Secretary within 28 days of the show Points are awarded as follows Each Class 1st 3 points 2nd 2 points thereafter 1 point Breed Placings Best 3 points Reserve 2 points Challenge 2 points Group Placings Best 3 points Reserve 2 points Class 3 points In Show Placings Best 3 points Reserve 2 points Class 3 points Points will be doubled for Group and In Show placings at Championship Shows. Ribbon Parades - points will only be awarded for one class, group, on parade, even where more than one class is entered and won. Whenever there is only one Malamute entered in a show, then no Best of Breed Points will be awarded Certificates are issued as follows: BRONZE 75 Points SILVER 150 Points GOLD 300 Points Plus two Group places or One Championship Group place PLATINUM 600 points in the Show Point Achievement Program, plus one Best in Show at an All Breeds Championship Show of over 500 attendance, OR 600 points, plus. at the age of one year or more, the dog wins two Class in Show at All Breeds Championship Shows of over 500 attendance, with the proviso that a Reserve Rest in Show will be counted as a Class in Show, if the same class is won by Best in Show |
